Camera name is TIS UVC Device

Sometimes our USB camera cameras are named "TIS UVC Device" instead of a correct name, e.g. "DFK 22BUC03".

This issue is usually caused by Windows Device Manager, if it does not read the camera name from the camera. The camera must be uninstalled from Windows Device Manager, dis- and reconnected again. This lets Windows Device Manager install the camera again and this time with the correct name from the camera's EEPROM.
