IC Imaging Control 4 does not list camera

IC Capture shows the camera just fine, but IC Imaging Control 4 does not list this camera. This is, because IC Capture uses a DirectShow driver, while IC Imaging Control 4 uses the new GenTL Producers. Both driver categories can be downloaded from https://www.theimagingsource.com/en-us/support/download/

Both drivers can be installed in parallel.

This affects programming in Python, C#, C++ with IC Imaging Control 4 SDKs.

Also IC Measure 4 needs the GenTL Producer.
