USB 2.0 CCD cameras do not provide images

The cameras of the 21AU04, 21BU04, 31AU03, 31BU03, 41AU02 and 41BU02 series are unfortunately incompatible with Intel® USB 3.0 controllers, meaning that they do not run at full frame rate. These cameras only deliver images when the frame rate is reduced.

Unfortunately, this issue cannot be solved.
